About this course

This course aims to raise awareness of the religious landscape and encourage an empathic, broadminded approach to the World's 6 major recognised religions, politically engaged throughout the world.

What you will learn

Whilst some see a move towards increasing secularisation within the West, nearly 80% of the World's population is deeply religious. Some of our closest allies are among this religious group of nations, as are many of our adversaries. We also do not necessarily agree with other secular states. An empathetic and informed view of religion and the religious world view is needed to understand the attitudes and behaviours underpinning confrontation and conflict.

How this course will help your career

This course will ensure you engage with religion in an empathic manner which should aid your awareness on future deployments.
