About this course

The Holistic Allies Training course is recommended for all personnel to help foster an inclusive workplace where everyone can optimise their full potential and flourish.

For some, discrimination and exclusive working practices are not based upon an individual's sole protected characteristic, but upon several.

This course aims to provide some tools and techniques to enable you to be an effective ally, irrespective of the protected characteristic and/or underrepresented group they, or you, may belong.

It aims to give you an understanding of the role of an ally, identify some of the actionable protocols to be operationally effective as an ally and understand how this can contribute towards more inclusive and effective working environment.

To learn more about allyship in Defence, please read the Defence Allies Policy which is accessible via MODNET only.

What you will learn
