About this course
This course will enable female chaplains from all services to explore various aspects of their professional experience as women within the armed forces specifically through a theological lens.
The space given here to exploring vocation, faith, duty and service within an all female group will enable open discussions as to experience (negative and positive) of serving female chaplains, and facilitate discussion as to how best to further the flourishing and contribution of women serving at the nexus of competing masculine institutions.

- corporate worship
- safeguarding and other MOD and Tri-Service requirements from a female perspective
- theological and ministerial education
- best practice in equality and diversity across workforce

This is voluntary development to enhance the delivery of chaplaincy within the female cadre.
