About this course

A practical course using syndicate exercises to consolidate understanding of the knowledge, skills and behaviours to allow you to initiate, plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit as a member of an audit team.

The course looks at effective communications, questioning techniques, evaluating and recording findings and effective follow-up action based on guidance within ISO19011 standard, which allow personnel to perform with confidence when auditing or evaluating any Management System.

Completing an audit is an important governance and assurance activity.
