ADSLP Principles
- Psychological Safety: True development only occurs when leaders feel able to expose their vulnerabilities, challenge orthodoxy, and speak with candour. ADSLP provides a psychologically safe environment, where leaders from diverse backgrounds and organisations can share experiences, test ideas, and reflect together.
- Space to Think: Strategic leaders often operate in relentless environments, where time for reflection is a luxury rarely afforded. ADSLP offers the space and structure to pause, reflect, and reconnect with one’s leadership journey, personal values, and professional purpose.
An Immersive Experience: ADSLP is immersive by design: residential modules foster deep connections, honest dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving. A modular format enables delegates to take their learning back into the workplace, apply it in real-world contexts, and return with fresh insight and richer questions. - Strategic Networks: Content matters, but connection is critical. ADSLP brings together senior leaders from across Defence and the wider public sector, recognising that leadership today requires not only skill and insight, but relationships and shared understanding across organisational boundaries.
