About this course
The ADSLP is the final stage of the MOD Senior Leadership Pathway. The aim of the programme is to provide you with the opportunity to collegiality explore the personal and organisational challenges faced by leaders at the strategic level to maintain intellectual edge.
Once enrolled in Module 1 you will automatically be enrolled in the module 2 therefore please ensure you are free to attend.

What you will learn
In this course you will learn/develop the following:
- Interface Between Government and Defence. Delegates will learn to recognise how to positively engage across Whitehall to achieve desired effect
- Organisational Change at the Strategic Level. Delegates will also learn how to interpret the principles of strategic alignment and the fundamentals of organisational design
