About this course
The aim of the Senior Chaplains' course is to explore the role of a senior chaplain. Through facilitation learning, the course is designed to consolidate existing skills in chaplaincy team leadership and management. The course will also consider the role of chaplaincy in the strategic future of Defence. Nomination will come from desk officer on appointment to a senior chaplain post.
On completion of the Transition (Advanced) course you will be eligible to apply for the CMI Level 6 Award in Professional Management & Leadership Practice. To achieve this qualification an additional assignment that has been set by CMI must be completed and submitted to CMI for marking.
Please note within the CMI registration duration is the 6 weeks that the CMI Marking Services have to return your assignment results. Ensure you submit your completed assignment and Statement of Authenticity within the registration duration timeframe.
